JG-1000CRRS

   It is a floor-standing type machine with a maximum working width of 1000mm, specially designed for metal sheets after laser cutting, plasma cutting and shearing.
   

    Powerful all-in-one functions: It can remove burrs and oxide scale, perform edge chamfering to smooth sharp edges, and realize #4 standard short straight brushing finish in one pass.
Equipped with PLC control panel, the machine allows adjustable conveyor speed and processing time. Multiple processing recipes can be saved and quickly recalled for different workpieces. It is user-friendly and easy to operate.

    Suitable for stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, copper and alloy sheets. It delivers consistent and uniform finishing quality, replacing manual grinding, greatly boosting productivity and cutting labor costs.

    With solid floor-standing structure, the machine runs stably without vibration at high speed and requires low maintenance. It has obtained CE certification for global export.
Packed in export fumigated wooden cases, the machine is well protected against impact, moisture and dust during long sea or land transportation.
